About Me
Everyone deserves someone to help them find traction when feeling stuck, unsatisfied, or yearning for change. I strive to be a male-presenting therapist who challenges patriarchal values and creates a safe place for all people.
My goal as a therapist is to offer reflection, support, and explore new possibilities as they emerge. When working with me you can expect to dig deep, experience emotional growth, and find laughter in meaningful moments. I believe in being transparent with my work and meeting you with authenticity.
My approach to therapy is grounded in Experiential Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Trauma-Informed care. These modalities rely on connection, compassion, and creating a safe space to experience a new you.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer work in:
Sexual Trauma
Relational and Sexual Agency and Empowerment
Emotion Identification and Function
Sexual Health, Pleasure, Intimacy, and Kink/BDSM
Processing Abusive Relationships
Communication Patterns and Conflict with Partners
Life Transitions and Identity
Non-Traditional Relationship Structures
In my free time, you’ll find me advocating for better urbanism, exploring a new hiking trail, connecting with friends over a delicious drink, playing board games, and creating handmade leather goods.
I readily accept clients between the ages of 18-80, and those outside this range with discretion. Come on in wherever you are in your journey, we’ll figure it out!
