About Me
Everyone deserves someone to help them find traction when feeling stuck, unsatisfied, or yearning for change.
I offer reflection, support, and help you explore new possibilities as they emerge. When working with me you can expect to make connections, experience emotional growth, and find laughter in meaningful moments. I’m a transparent therapist that loves “real talk,” and mix the levels of support and challenge to make the most out of your time in session.
As a male therapist, I’m committed to creating a safe space for survivors of sexual trauma. I understand the importance of trust and sensitivity in this work, and I’m dedicated to providing compassionate support.
My approach to therapy is grounded in Experiential Therapy, Feminist Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Trauma-Informed care. These modalities rely on connection, compassion, and creating a safe space to experience a new you.
In my free time, you’ll find me advocating for better urbanism, biking around, exploring a new hiking trail, connecting with friends over a drink, playing board games, and creating handmade leather goods.
I readily accept clients between the ages of 18-80, and those outside this range with discretion. Come on in wherever you are in your journey, we’ll figure it out!
